Thanksgiving offer terms

US$50 per technician a month for your first year, then US$100. This page sets out exactly how the offer works.
1. The offer
US$50 per technician a month, plus applicable tax, for the first year of a new NetZen AI subscription. The list price is US$100 per technician a month. Devices, clients, end users and mailboxes are not charged, on the offer or after it.
The offer is open from October 21, 2026 to November 30, 2026, while places last. The price shown at checkout is the price you get; if the offer is no longer available, checkout shows the list price.
2. Who qualifies
New organizations that start a free trial on netzenai.com or app.netzenai.com and add a card to that trial while the offer is open. The card can be added on any day of the 30-day trial; the first charge comes when the trial ends. The offer applies once per organization.
It does not apply to a subscription that is restarted after it ended, to a plan NetZen AI set up for you, or to any other discount; it cannot be combined with one.
3. Price and term
The offer price applies to your first twelve monthly payments after the free trial. From the thirteenth payment the subscription is billed at the list price in force, monthly, per technician.
Those twelve months are a one-year term. Your bill follows your team during the term: technicians can be added or removed, and each month is billed for the technicians who work in NetZen that month.
4. Cancelling during the term
You can cancel from Settings, Payment at any time. A cancellation made during the term takes effect when the term ends: the subscription stays active and is billed monthly at the offer price until then, and you keep full access. You can resume the subscription before that date and it continues as before.
After the term, cancelling ends the subscription at the end of the current monthly period, as described in the Terms and Conditions.
If a monthly payment fails and is not resolved, the subscription ends under the standard Terms and the offer ends with it. Nothing is refunded for a month already billed.
5. Changes to the offer
NetZen AI may close the offer to new subscriptions at any time, including before November 30, 2026 if the available places are taken. A subscription that already has the offer keeps it for its full term.
The Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy apply to every subscription. Where this page and the Terms differ, this page governs the offer price and term only. Questions go to support@netzenai.com.
