NetZen answers employees from the company’s own knowledge and shows the source, runs tested browser, API and device automations, with configurable approvals for runs started from tickets, and hands anything it cannot finish to a person with what it already checked. It works in Teams, Slack and a client portal, and connects to ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot Studio.
