customer-reported shift to conversations connected to the ticket

“It hands the ticket to us and says, here are the details, here are the logs, now you can dive into it, rather than spending 30 minutes to an hour trying to find out what is actually happening.”

What impressed me was NetZen’s ability to integrate the AI into the ticketing, have it triage the request and help diagnose the machines. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Built for products that live on customer machines

  • Each customer is a client with its own sites, devices and people
  • Customers reach you in your branded web chat with a name and an email, or by emailing your support inbox
  • One install command per customer puts the agent on their machine, under the right client, on Windows, Mac or Linux
  • The AI checks the device before a technician looks: services, processes, disk, network and clock
  • Your installer in the catalog, so the AI installs or updates your product on request
  • Your help center as its handbook: upload files, crawl a section of your site or sync a Zendesk Help Center
  • When it cannot fix it, the ticket reaches your technician with what it checked, found and tried
  • Remote Connect when you need to see the screen, in a session that ends on its own after 60 minutes

Real fixes, with your approval

  • Installs or updates your own installer on the customer’s machine (.exe, .msi, .pkg, .dmg, .deb or .rpm)
  • Restarts your stopped service and ends a runaway process
  • Frees space on a full disk (temporary files only, never personal files)
  • Corrects the device clock
  • Turns off a broken browser proxy, or finds the firewall rule blocking your service
  • Tells whether packet loss is on the customer’s network or beyond it

Anything that changes a device asks for approval first. Your team can also run a reviewed PowerShell or Bash script on one device or many.

Before you install anything

A small NetZen agent for Windows, Mac or Linux, signed by NetZen AI Inc. It only connects out over HTTPS (port 443). Nothing opens inbound, and there are no fixed IPs to allow. It uninstalls like any other app.

No. Tools that change a device ask for approval first, and you choose who approves: the customer, your support team or a site manager. Read-only checks run without it. Your team can also run a PowerShell or Bash script on selected devices, after an AI review of the exact script.

The agent and every tool it runs are signed by NetZen AI Inc, and it checks each script’s signature before running it. For strict EDR products we publish the folders and processes to exclude, and one signature that covers every agent update.

No. In your web chat they enter a name and an email address and confirm a code sent to it. Any address works, including a personal one. Email to your connected support inbox opens a ticket as well. Customers who want to see all of their tickets can sign in to the portal.

Each customer is a client in NetZen, with its sites. You copy an install command for that client from Endpoints, and whoever runs it with admin rights enrolls the device under that customer, and optionally its site and the person using it. Windows fleets can take an Intune package instead.

Yes. Upload PDFs and Word files, add a section of your website and NetZen crawls it, write documents in the editor, or sync a Zendesk Help Center. The AI answers from those documents and cites them by title.

On Google Cloud in the United States. The agent and the web app talk to NetZen over HTTPS only.

Nothing is charged without a card. The Thanksgiving offer is US$50 per technician a month for your first year, with a one-year term. To qualify, add a card by November 30 while the offer runs; your first charge comes when the 30-day trial ends. Billing is monthly per technician, devices and customers free; the full terms are on the offer page.
