What happens when a register ticket arrives mid-service?

A restaurant manager messages during the dinner rush because the register at the bar stopped printing (an example, not a customer). The register's computer is enrolled with its checks enabled. NetZen replies on the client's connected channel, asks your intake questions and runs the enabled diagnostics. Live progress shows what was checked, the next step and who owns it.

If an enabled automation matches, the run waits for the approver you set for it. When the problem needs hands, the ticket moves to Waiting for agent and your technician starts from the findings, not from “it isn't working”. The service desk and RMM work on the same device record.

Can one fix run across a restaurant group's sites?

Built-in endpoint packs cover diagnostics, networking, printers, system tasks, software and patching. Switch a pack on once and choose the clients that may use it. For POS, kitchen display or booking-portal work, your MSP builds the automation: a script on the device, a recorded browser task on the vendor's portal, or an API call from a specification. New automations start disabled until tested, then are scoped to the clients they fit.

Every run lands in History with its status, who started it and any error, and a manual run can target every device at a client or site.

All of it is one full PSA with quotes, agreements, time and invoicing at US$100 per technician per month; venues, registers and end users are not billed. Tickets and device records are hosted in the United States.

What does a cinema MSP say about the handoff?

Cinema Hero Solutions, a cinema and hospitality MSP handling about 500 tickets a month by its own account. Matt Kerekes, its CEO, on the handoff: “It hands the ticket to us and says, here are the details, here are the logs, now you can dive into it, rather than spending 30 minutes to an hour trying to find out what is actually happening.”

Before you install anything

No connectors ship for them. Where the register is a computer running the NetZen agent, the built-in packs check and fix it. Vendor-specific steps are custom automations your MSP builds as a script, a recorded browser task or an API call.

Per automation you choose Requester, IT Support, Site Manager or Not Required for runs started from tickets. Custom automations default to Requester; built-in automations that make changes require approval by default. The assistant cannot approve.

Nothing per venue. NetZen is US$100 per technician per month; endpoints, clients and end users are not billed. The 30-day trial needs a work account and no card.

Start a 30-day trial with a work account, no card. Enrol one computer, raise the guided sample request and watch the checks, the approval and the History row, then put one venue workflow through the evaluation guide.
