How does an MSP in India support US clients overnight?
Two clocks, one ticket. It is 2am in Bengaluru and mid-afternoon in Dallas when an employee at a US client reports that a laptop cannot reach a business app (an example, not a customer). The device is enrolled and online, with its checks enabled.
NetZen replies in the client's chat app or email under your MSP's name, asks for the missing details and gathers diagnostics from the device. The ticket records what was checked, what was found and the next step. A change waits for the approver you chose for that automation; nothing runs on the machine without it.
At 9am IST your technician opens a ticket that already holds the logs, approves or takes over the work, and the client follows the same thread. The SLA clock ran in the Dallas site's business hours, not yours.
The service desk, RMM and automations are one product with the full PSA: client agreements, technician time and invoices.
What do US and UAE clients ask an offshore MSP before signing?
Where the data lives, who can touch their tenant, and whose name is on the support desk. NetZen runs on Google Cloud in the United States. Built-in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace checks are read-only, and every automation run is logged under History with who started it and the result. End users see your organization's name followed by AI, your logo and your domain. Pricing is per technician, so a new client's devices and end users are included.
What does a US MSP say about tickets that arrive with logs?
“It hands the ticket to us and says, here are the details, here are the logs, now you can dive into it, rather than spending 30 minutes to an hour trying to find out what is actually happening.”

The customer's own words, not a measured result. Read the customer interview.
Begin a 30-day trial with a work account and no card. Connect a test computer, set its site to a US time zone and try the sample app request, then follow the evaluation guide before moving client work.

Before you install anything
NetZen is software your own technicians run, not outsourced staff. End users see the assistant under your organization name followed by AI, with your logo, colours and custom domain. Tickets, devices and run books stay in your account.
On Google Cloud in the United States. Each organization is separate, every page checks a role, and endpoint agents connect outbound over HTTPS only. A data processing agreement is available on request.
Due times count business hours in the requester site time zone, so a Dallas client is measured in Dallas hours. The clock pauses while a ticket waits on the requester, an approval or a third party. First Response and Due At are Live View columns.
US$100 per technician per month, no tiers. Endpoints, clients and end users are not billed, so winning a larger client does not raise the bill. The 30-day trial needs a work Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account and no card.
