“NetZen seems much more aligned with where support operations are heading rather than just adding an AI integration onto an older model.”

NetZen and Rewst, side by side

NetZen AI
Rewst
How you pay
NetZen AI: US$50 per technician a month for the first year on the Thanksgiving offer (one-year term), US$100 after. Devices free, AI included.
Rewst: Per client organization on the platform, with a lower rate for each new band as your client count grows. Unlimited users and automations. No prices published: demo the platform and get your quote.
What runs the automation
NetZen AI: Its own service desk, device agent and automation runner: the ticket, the endpoint and the run in one product.
Rewst: Your PSA and RMM. In their words, your PSA runs the business, your RMM runs the endpoints and Rewst runs the work in between. Listed integrations include ConnectWise PSA, Autotask PSA, HaloPSA, Kaseya BMS, NinjaOne, Datto RMM, N-able N-central and ConnectWise Automate.
Who builds the automations
NetZen AI: Your technicians: device scripts, recorded browser tasks, API automations from a specification and run books, matched to tickets by the request they solve.
Rewst: Your team, in their builder or by describing it to the Rewst Agent in plain language, starting from Crates: pre-built automations from Rewst or its community.
Where the end user asks
NetZen AI: Teams, Slack, email and web chat, on one ticket.
Rewst: Through your PSA, or forms and client portals you build in Rewst. End-user chat is not stated on their site.
AI on the ticket
NetZen AI: Included: it investigates the device, runs the fix you approve, and hands over the hard ones with what it found.
Rewst: AI ticket triage sorts and prioritizes incoming tickets. The Rewst Agent can update a ticket, close an alert or make another approved change. Investigating the device itself is not stated on their site.
Getting started
NetZen AI: Start it yourself in 10 minutes, no sales call.
Rewst: Book a demo, then a quote. Support and guided onboarding are included. A free trial is not mentioned on their site.

Rewst as shown on rewst.io, rewst.io/pricing, rewst.io/platform and rewst.io/integrations, 27 October 2026: priced per client organization with no published rates, unlimited users and automations, support and guided onboarding included, quote after a demo. Integration names from their integrations page the same day. NetZen bills in US dollars.

What does Rewst cost compared with NetZen?

Rewst prices per client organization, cheaper per client as your count grows; no rate is published, so you book a demo and get a quote. NetZen is US$100 per technician a month, one plan, AI included; devices, clients and end users are not billed.

Is NetZen a Rewst alternative, or a different kind of product?

Rewst runs the work between your PSA and your RMM, and you keep and pay for both. NetZen is the service desk, the device agent and the automation runner in one product, so the ticket, the endpoint and the run share one record.

On a Tuesday (an example, not a customer): a client's ticket arrives with the device logs the AI already collected. If an enabled automation matches, the fix runs after the approver you chose says yes, and the run is logged under History. Hard tickets reach a technician with the findings attached.

What does a technician get on the ticket?

Matt Kerekes, CEO, Cinema Hero Solutions: “It hands the ticket to us and says, here are the details, here are the logs, now you can dive into it, rather than spending 30 minutes to an hour trying to find out what is actually happening.” The customer's own words, not a measured result. Before you install anything

Their site does not mention one; the path is a demo, then a quote (rewst.io/pricing, 27 October 2026). NetZen starts from a work Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account: 30 days, no card, no sales call.

No. Technicians create device scripts, recorded browser tasks and API automations from a specification, and chain them into run books. The assistant matches tickets to an automation by the request it solves. New automations start disabled until you enable them.

Runs started from tickets follow the approvers you set: Requester, IT Support, Site Manager or Not Required. Manual Run now and scheduled runs do not ask. Built-in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace packs are read-only.

Nothing is charged without a card. The Thanksgiving offer is US$50 per technician a month for your first year, with a one-year term, if you add a card by November 30. Standard price is US$100. Devices, clients and end users are not billed.

Try 30 days with a work account, no card. Connect one computer, approve the sample-client app request and watch the run before you plan a move.
