You
Sign in, add your logo, headline and services, and accept the partner terms.
NetZen
We review your profile and get back to you within 2 working days.
Get approved
You
Look out for our email.
NetZen
We send your demo workspace sign-in, so you can show clients NetZen in a workspace of your own.

A business asks to hire you
You
The request arrives by email and in Your clients. Reply within 2 working days, then mark it Contacted: that registers the client to you.
NetZen
We copy ourselves on every request, and step in if something needs sorting out.
You bring a client yourself
Before their trial starts
You
Choose Register a client in your partner home. It is held for you at once; once accepted, it is yours for 12 months.
NetZen
We tell you within 5 business days if we cannot accept it, for example when the client already uses NetZen.
Work the deal
You
You lead the client and their decision. Keep the status current: Contacted, Proposal sent, Won, or Not a fit (which releases the client).
NetZen
A technical expert joins your demo, answers security questions and helps shape your proposal. Just ask.
Your client starts their trial
You
Lead the setup. Email support@netzenai.com with the client’s company name, so we link their workspace to your registration.
NetZen
We support the first rollout, for the scope we agree with you.

Your client subscribes
You
Keep any implementation and advisory fees you charge: those are yours.
NetZen
You earn 15% of the NetZen subscription your client pays, for their first 24 months.
Monthly payment
Within 30 days after each month ends
You
Send us a W-9 or W-8BEN before your first payment (and your GST/HST number if you charge it).
NetZen
We pay in US dollars by bank transfer, with a statement. Amounts under US$50 roll over to the next month.

First accepted registration wins: if another partner registered a client first, we tell you straight away.
Tell your clients you are a NetZen partner and may earn a commission.
Please don’t bid on “NetZen” in paid search or register names containing it.
If a partnership ends, open registrations lapse; clients who already subscribed keep earning you commission for their 24 months, unless the partnership was ended for your material breach.
