NetZen AI named to FoundersBeta Top 100 Companies to Watch in 2026

We are excited to share that NetZen AI has been named one of the Top 100 Companies to Watch in 2026 by FoundersBeta.

This recognition means a lot to us because we are still early in our journey. We are still building, still learning, and still improving every day through conversations with IT teams, MSPs, partners, advisors, and early customers.

Building from Waterloo, the Silicon Valley of the North, makes this recognition even more meaningful. Waterloo has always been known for strong technical talent, deep startup energy, and a community that supports founders as they turn ideas into real companies. Being part of that ecosystem gives us both motivation and responsibility.

At NetZen AI, our mission is simple. We want to make IT support faster, more connected, and easier to scale.

Today, many IT teams and MSPs still work across too many disconnected tools. A support request comes in through one channel. The technician checks another system for device information. They may open another tool for remote access, another for automation, and another for documentation. This slows down troubleshooting and creates extra back and forth.

NetZen AI is built to change that.

We are bringing ticket intake, endpoint diagnostics, automation, and AI assisted next steps into one platform. The goal is to help technicians understand the issue faster and resolve more support requests without adding unnecessary complexity.

What we are doing differently is connecting every technical support request with real endpoint diagnostics. That means technicians do not have to start with guesswork. They can see the user issue, device context, system health, and relevant next steps together.

For common issues, NetZen can also support self service guidance or approved automation. This helps users get faster help and gives technicians more time to focus on higher value work.

This recognition by FoundersBeta is an encouraging milestone for our team. It reminds us that the problem we are solving matters and that the future of IT support is changing quickly.

We are grateful to our team, early customers, advisors, partners, and everyone who has shared feedback along the way. Every conversation has helped us better understand the real challenges MSPs and IT teams face every day.

A big thank you to Eric Rafat and FoundersBeta for supporting the Canadian startup community and for highlighting companies that are building for the future.

We are excited for what is ahead in 2026 and look forward to continuing to build NetZen AI from Waterloo.
