Control
You decide what the agent may do, per client and per fix.
Control is not one switch. Each automation has its own client scope, its own permission and its own approver, and every run is recorded.

AI safety and security
The AI asks before it acts.
1. It reads
The ticket, the device and that client’s knowledge.
2. It asks
The requester, your technicians or the site manager, as you set per fix.
3. It records
The run, the approval and the result, on the ticket or in History.
Enabled per client
Automation packs are switched on for the clients you choose. An automation enabled for one client never runs for another, and a client’s site managers approve only for their sites.
An approver per automation
For each automation you choose who says yes: the requester, your technicians, the site manager, or no one for the routine checks you trust. The agent cannot grant a required approval, and a ticket from an end user can read only that user’s own account.
Reviewed before it runs
Custom automations start disabled until your technician has tested them. Scripts the AI drafts wait for a technician’s review. Nothing new runs on a client device unseen.
On the record
Every run lands in History with who started it, which devices it touched, its output and the approval. The same facts stay on the ticket, so you can show a client exactly what ran and why.
Access and control when clients use the AI directly →Questions MSPs ask
No. A required approval comes from the requester, your technicians or the site manager, as you set per automation.
Yes. Every run and its approval are on the ticket, and clients follow their tickets in your branded portal.
On Google Cloud in the United States. Tickets, device records, knowledge and files are stored there, and Google Cloud Vertex AI runs the models.
From an MSP using NetZen
“NetZen seems much more aligned with where support operations are heading rather than just adding an AI integration onto an older model.”
