What clients ask
Where is our data, who can touch our tenant, whose name is on the desk?

AI safety and security
The AI asks before it acts.
1. It reads
The ticket, the device and that client’s knowledge.
2. It asks
The requester, your technicians or the site manager, as you set per fix.
3. It records
The run, the approval and the result, on the ticket or in History.
Where is our data?
On Google Cloud in the United States. Tickets, device records, knowledge base content and files are stored there, and Google Cloud Vertex AI runs the language models. Each organization is separate, every page checks a role, and a data processing agreement is available on request.
Security and data handling →Who can touch our tenant?
The client connects its own Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace with a sign-in; the AI gets what that sign-in allows and its checks on a ticket are read-only. Changes on devices wait for the approver the client or you set, and every run is recorded with who approved it.
Access and control, per client →Whose name is on the desk?
Yours. End users see your organization’s name followed by AI, your logo, your colours and your domain, in Teams, Slack, email, chat and the client portal. NetZen is the software; the service and the relationship are your MSP’s.
The AI your clients buy from you →Questions MSPs ask
Yes. Every run is recorded: ticket actions on the ticket, and all runs under History with who started it, which devices it touched and the result, and clients follow their tickets in your branded portal.
No. The client connects Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace once with its own sign-in, and the NetZen agent on each device connects outbound over HTTPS only.
Yes. The AI answers from knowledge and runs automations only for users you added or synced from the client’s directory; everyone else reaches your team.
From an MSP using NetZen
