AI safety and security
The AI asks before it acts.
1. It reads
The ticket, the device and that client’s knowledge.
2. It asks
The requester, your technicians or the site manager, as you set per fix.
3. It records
The run, the approval and the result, on the ticket or in History.
Use the terms offered to your MSP
The SuperOps pricing page reviewed on 31 October 2026 describes endpoint billing with unlimited technicians; its MSP blog reviewed on 30 October lists technician plans. A written quote resolves which terms apply to you.

NetZen includes its AI support in the technician price. Comparing packages with the required AI scope makes the total more useful than comparing two starting prices.
Compare the AI work →A larger fleet does not add device fees
For an illustrative five-technician team, NetZen’s standard subscription is US$500 a month before taxes and phone usage. Adding devices does not change that base price; adding billable team members does.

Active Admin and Standard members count, including invited members and custom roles based on those roles, with a one-technician minimum. End users and devices are not billed as technicians.
The NetZen trial lasts 30 days and requires no card. Use it to judge the support workflow alongside your subscription comparison.
From an MSP using NetZen
“What impressed me was NetZen's ability to integrate the AI into the ticketing, have it triage the request and help diagnose the machines.”
