On the machine

It checks the machine first, runs the fix you approve, and shows your technician the rest.

Most support time goes to finding out what is happening on the customer’s machine. The NetZen agent does that part before a technician looks, and acts only through the fixes you enabled.

AI safety and security

The AI asks before it acts.

It reads the device and the ticket, proposes only the fixes you enabled, and waits for the approver you chose. Every run is recorded.
  • 1. It reads

The ticket, the device and that client’s knowledge.

  • 2. It asks

The requester, your technicians or the site manager, as you set per fix.

  • 3. It records

The run, the approval and the result, on the ticket or in History.

What it checks

Services and processes, disk space, network reachability and packet loss (and whether it is on the customer’s network or beyond it), the device clock, installed software and recent events. The findings land on the ticket while the customer is still typing.

What it may fix, with your approval

Install or update your own installer on the customer’s machine (.exe, .msi, .pkg, .dmg, .deb or .rpm), restart your stopped service and end a runaway process, free space on a full disk (temporary files only, never personal files), correct the clock, turn off a broken browser proxy, or find the firewall rule blocking your service.

Automation that runs only what you allowed →

When you need to see the screen

Remote Connect opens a session on the customer’s machine from the ticket, and the session ends on its own after 60 minutes. Your team can also run a reviewed PowerShell or Bash script on one device or many.

Questions MSPs ask

The agent and every tool it runs are signed by NetZen AI Inc, and it checks each script’s signature before running it. For strict EDR products we publish the folders and processes to exclude.

You choose per automation: the customer, your support team or a site manager. Read-only checks need no approval.

From an MSP using NetZen

“NetZen is a great fit for MSPs with help desk teams. It can help technicians solve L1 and L2 issues faster, and the team is very responsive to customer feedback.”
