Your help center

Your help center becomes its handbook, and it cites the page.

The AI answers from what you give it and nothing else. Your install and troubleshooting guides, release notes and policies become the handbook it reads before it checks the machine.

AI safety and security

The AI asks before it acts.

It reads the device and the ticket, proposes only the fixes you enabled, and waits for the approver you chose. Every run is recorded.
  • 1. It reads

The ticket, the device and that client’s knowledge.

  • 2. It asks

The requester, your technicians or the site manager, as you set per fix.

  • 3. It records

The run, the approval and the result, on the ticket or in History.

Four ways in

Upload PDFs and Word files, add a section of your website and NetZen crawls it, write documents in the editor, or sync a Zendesk Help Center. Sources are listed in the library with their scope, so you can see what the AI can read.

Answers with a source

When a customer asks how to configure a feature, the AI answers from your document and cites it by title. When the answer is not in the handbook, it does not guess: it checks the machine, and if that does not settle it, the ticket reaches your technician.

Keep it current

The tickets the AI hands over show where the handbook is thin; add the guide that would have answered them. A new release means a new guide in the library, not a retrained bot.

Questions MSPs ask

Yes. Upload them, crawl them from your site, or sync a Zendesk Help Center; the AI answers from them and cites them by title.

No. It answers from the documents you gave it for that customer or for all customers, and from what it finds on the machine.

Yes. Share a document with all clients, or scope it to one; the AI respects that scope.
