Pricing
Atera pricing beside NetZen: one number, with the AI in it.
Both price per technician. The difference is what the number buys: Atera’s plans include Copilot and sell Robin separately; NetZen’s US$100 includes the AI that works the ticket, the PSA and the RMM, with no device, client or end-user count.

AI safety and security
The AI asks before it acts.
1. It reads
The ticket, the device and that client’s knowledge.
2. It asks
The requester, your technicians or the site manager, as you set per fix.
3. It records
The run, the approval and the result, on the ticket or in History.
How much does Atera Robin cost?
Atera does not publish a Robin price; it is sold separately from the IT suite through a demo request (product FAQ, 30 October 2026). Ask for a written breakdown of Robin licensing, onboarding and usage terms before you compare, and do not assume either zero fees or a fixed rate. NetZen’s AI has no separate line: it is in the technician price.
What grows the bill as you grow
On NetZen, only technicians. A new client with 300 devices, 40 sites and 900 users changes nothing on the invoice, which is why the per-technician model suits an MSP whose client base grows faster than its bench.

Questions MSPs ask
Robin is purchased separately from Atera’s suite, and the suite price alone does not establish Robin’s setup fees. Request a written breakdown before you compare. NetZen has no setup fee and no AI add-on.
Atera does not publish Robin’s price, so that comparison needs a quote. With NetZen, the AI that works first-line tickets is in the US$100 per technician a month, so the comparison is the price you already pay per technician.
Nothing. Endpoints, clients, mailboxes and end users are never billed. Taxes and phone usage are the only extras.
From an MSP using NetZen
“NetZen is a great fit for MSPs with help desk teams. It can help technicians solve L1 and L2 issues faster, and the team is very responsive to customer feedback.”
