Connect an AI workspace

ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot Studio can connect to NetZen tools. Users sign in to NetZen to work with the tickets, knowledge and devices their role permits. Automation tools prepare a proposal; the person confirms execution separately.

Keep employee support in Teams and Slack

Connect Microsoft Teams through the client’s Microsoft 365 connection, or configure Slack as a support integration. Employees can ask for help where they work, while the ticket and handoff stay with your MSP.

Offer a native client portal too

Clients can use NetZen’s portal for their requests, approvals and permitted services. They do not need a separate ChatGPT or Claude subscription to use native NetZen client AI.

Agree the workspace and subscription requirements

External AI apps receive the records their connected tools retrieve. Use an approved workspace and check its connector availability, data policies and subscription or usage charges. Microsoft Copilot Studio setup is distinct from simply having a Microsoft 365 Copilot seat.

Questions MSPs ask

No. Each person signs in to NetZen, and tool calls enforce their current role and scope. A connection does not grant a broader role. Administrators can review and revoke active connections.

No. Native NetZen AI is included in the technician subscription. External AI workspaces have their own eligibility, licensing and usage terms, which the client or MSP must account for separately.

From an MSP using NetZen

“What impressed me was NetZen's ability to integrate the AI into the ticketing, have it triage the request and help diagnose the machines.”
